Bolt Torque

Hey all, I dont have any manuals yet but I have my parts. Can anyone tell me what the torque is for the intake and exhaust manifold bolts??? I have posted on 2 forums and still no answer..................THANKS!!

according to the -34

Exhaust
alternately tighten all four capscrews before final tightening to 12-16 lb ft.
lower capscrew (on flange) tighten to 20-30 lb ft.

Intake
Upper (top) capscrews to 10-15 lb ft, then lower capscrews to 8-10 lb ft
then tighten uppers to 23-28 lb ft, lowers to 16-22 lb ft.
