M151A1 parts in Bangkok

Hi,

I knwo this is mostly US based, but would anyone have come across a place in Bangkok where I can get spare parts for my M151A1? It seems that to get them sent over from the US I need special clearance, not easy I suspect, and as mine has the Kaiser engine I want to try to find some original or NOS parts for it rather than my local mechanics recommendation of replacing the engine with a toyota diesel!
Specifically my MUTT has started running badly since I had a problem (now fixed) with the alternator. I think the carb has a problem, the engine runs as if too much fuel is getting through and chokes and splutters along. Might need a new carb for it.
