Oh crap me and my luck..
But it strange when i can turn it a half turn until it stuck.
Well i need to buy a new one, this one came from TNJ, sorry Horst i'm looking for a NOS cam.
I have now inspected the reconditioned crankshaft and noticed that almost all bearings are just under what they supposed to be.
I measured the connecting rod journal that supposed to be 50,516 mm in 0.10 under.
My was 50,450 - 50,500 i don't know if that do so much or maby it does.?

I do not know what the measurements are supposed to be in metric but you need to get some plastigage and use it on the assembled bearings and see what the assembled clearance is. I believe the allowed range is .0015-.003.
If the cam was bent I do not see how it would go into the cam bore, there are multiple bearings inline and if the cam is bent then it will interfere before you can get it all the way in. If you did manage to get it in then the feeling would be tight all the way around 360 degrees. If you are getting tight/loose then you have a cam lobe interfering with something. I would take a very good look at those bearings and see where the wear marks are. If it is tight there will be wear marks of some sort. I will bet you will find a cam bearing no in right.
I have been doing engines for 40 years and mutt engines for 10 and I have never seen the problems you are mentioning without the problem being caused by an assembly mistake. I know you were asking all kinds of questions about installing cam bearings and I warned you about doing it yourself several times. I think this is a bearing issue. I have never seen a bent cam, nor ever heard of one. I gave a couple scenarios that may have caused it to happen but I do not believe this is your problem because a bent came will not go into a straight hole.
You have an engine with a bad NOS crank, A bad NOS cam and three lifters that do not fit right. Too many problems here.
