Drawing of inside parts of M151 Electric Fuel Pump

Does anyone have a manual or drawing for a M151 electric fuel pump. I have one that works (makes the sound) but will not pump gas. took it apart and looks like the check valves are backwards on the top of the piston assembly as when the assembly would go down, it would keep the fuel from entering the top part of the pump and when it goes up, the check valve would open. I'm pretty confused about this as this was the way it was when I removed it. I just want to mak sure that I'm not crazy b/c engineering wise, it does not make sense. IF anyone has taken one apart and took pictures, please post here so I can make sure that when I put it back together, it's installed correctly this time.
