cables for Rt524
Hi Fellas I have recently bought an RT524 and I want to know what cable must buy more!!!I saw the CX4722 (for the antenna) and if I m correct the Cx4720(the power) what else I need except the MT-1029 mount and the M-80 handset!!!
I think is another cable that connects the mount with the RT524 or not????

Bajos,
you need:
CX4720 to connect the mount to the battery
CX4722 to connect the radio to the antenna base (for the antenna matching)
CG1773 or similar for the RF connection between radio and antenna base (straight BNC on one end, 90° BNC connector at the radio end)
my handset is a HS-350...

Re: cables for Rt524
Bajos,
Yes, those parts are available in Germany. Not from any specific dealer however, mostly from individuals so it is a little hard for me to point you in a specific direction.

Muttland you might check with the Paraguayan Army Surplus Department? I hear they use only the best of the bestMuttland wrote:baios:

I mean look at this Paraguayan General's battle fatigues?
What the photo (shown above) doesn't show is what is catching that Paraguayan General's eye... rumor has it that he's watching a demonstration of the new Paraguayan female battle dress uniform
