Yes, looks like it's about 2 feet long, simple aluminum(?) bent to 90 degree angle with a full set of holes the length of it.

IT LOOKS like I will also need info for an angle bracket (13) as shown on page 2-28 of TM 11-2300-476-14&P...

That is the one and for that price it is much easier to buy than to build!

They used both metals Aluminum and Steel as for the type of head Hex with internal-external tooth lockwashers....

This one is steel as I think most of them were but, there are aluminum one out there. with "most" of the paint scraped off it comes out as 0.035 :)
