Sounds like PRC 9's and 10's were around until 1965, so I'm curious, were any of these used in MUTTs? If they were, does anyone know how they would be mounted?? (attached to the back of one of the seats, or in between the seats?? Any pics???
Thanks!!!

Re: PRC 9 or PRC 10
The PRC 8-9-10s were mainly used as back pack radios but could be put on an AM-598 amplifier for vehicle use.I cant remember the AN/GRC number but these were mounted on the rear sponsons like the later VRC 12 series radios.
