What's the going price on these type radios? The gentlemen says its complete and has the antena with case, radio pouch, and headset. The radio does work but it has a few cosmetic issues as far as scratched paint.

There is "working" and there is working, untested unknown with acessories decent shape 200.00 and up in my opinion.Unless its guaranteed to transmitt and receive in spec then you have to assume its going to need work. Most guys idea of "working" is when powered up it makes noise.
