Antenna lower element

I've here an antenna element where I cannot identify for what it is:

4332 AA
Bottom Whip Assembly
TELEX / HY-GAIN
P/N 87WS73

I can combine it with my MX-6707 antenna base and can use it with the upper element AS-1730/VRC. But I am sure it is not used for the PRC-77 or RT-524.
