Grommets

Unread post by richard » September 27th, 2013, 1:04 pm

Today I installed the power cables for my RT-524 and PRC-77. What I dislike is the missing of grommets in the installation package. In general, are there grommets available? If yes, where can I get them?

I got new ones from the local ACE hardware store. Your mileage may vary. Just remember what size hole you drilled before hand.

I did not drill any hole, they were already there and I have just removed a cap as you can see in the 2nd picture.

Yes you can buy these but I'm not sure where you would find them in Germany other then a hardware store or maybe an electrical supply store.
