Good ole thumb buster. Be careful when you push the button to relieve spring tension! Nothing like catching the front handguard on fire from a 75 rd. burst.

I used to have a Tommy Gun with a drum magazine. I liked the stick magazines better. They are easier to load. It is also easier to hold the front with a stick magazine. With the drum, you must reach around it and it was not as comfortable to shoot, in my opinion. The drum magazine still looks cool though :!: 8)

Looks like a MAADI. Mine is identical except the front handguards are blackened and the varnish burnt off. Runs like the energizer bunny...Only way to stop it is to run out of ammo

Hey Homerguy,
Yes, the realease button is a bit jumpy, but alright. The authenticity of this rifle has been in question since the day i bought it, i was told that it was a Russian AKM, when i joined the AKM forum, the guys said it is probably a Khyber Pass knock off, so i am not sure what it is. Has Russian Markings on it though :!:

Clell,
Yes it works! as homerguy said it, like the Energizer bunny. :D

Raymond,
I agree the drum magazine makes it harder to hold and three times heavier, i think i will make a bipod to use the rifle in this configuration.

Sam,
Will work something out :D
