Have you tried Numrich or Sarco.

Have you tried James River Armory or Miltech :?: From what I have heard, there are no NOS M1941 Johnson barrels. James River Armory and Miltech do rifle restorations and from what I've read they make their barrels out of blanks or cut and turned down M1 or 1903 barrels.

BTW, I've got a friend with one, and it is in about as good a shape as you will likely ever find one, including the barrel. That being said, it will not shoot nearly as tight a groups as a much worse condition Garand or Springfield. That's just the nature of the beast with the rifle.

I've owned several over the years, just sold one recently, the guy gave me a mint original M1897 winchester trench gun in perfect shape and a thousand dollars cash and we're both happy. He probably got the better deal but i'm estatic about the trade. I gave the shotgun to my father who had one given to him when he first moved to this country, a Detroit cop gave it to him when he first opened his business. It later was stolen.

As far as the barrels go, check out Green Mountain, I would be willing to bet any barrel blanks for a Johnson would be made by them. They make alot of aftermarket barrels as well, AR-15 and AK-47 barrels, even musket barrels, with a long list of applications.
