My display M72's looks like 40 miles of bad road and I'm thinking of repainting them. Anyone know if there are replacement decals for the M72?

you could try the manufacturer, i doubt there would be any other source since they were single use & discard items

There are guys out there making great laser copies but they need an original to start with. I doubt you would be able to get it off without destroying it.
