My Motorpool

Unread post by Cobra5 » November 9th, 2008, 9:17 pm

Okay,

I did a little fall cleaning this weekend and was finally able to get the M37 tucked away out of the elements. Of course this wouldn't be complete without a few pictures of my A-1's. This is the other half of my shop and these vehicles are waiting there turn to go through the restore process. My A-2 is in the other half of the shop waiting for paint. Hope you enjoy!

Image
Reweld 67 A-1, Needs a large underbody kit, right rear quarter, floor boards, also the A-2 engine in it is seized. The hood is rotted out too. The good thing is it has everyting for a radio install. Might use it as a parts truck, I haven't decided yet.

Uncut 66 A-1, Needs a large underbody kit, floor boards, two rear quarters. I believe the windshield is wrong. Hey it came with one of those nice towbars, look familiar :P

Image
51 M-37 Needs a tail gate, interior, but the motor spins and the corrossion is minimal. Should be a quicker restore compared to the two A-1's

Looks like a correct windshield with incorrect A2 glass. I like the M37 8) I can see one of those fitting in my shed someday.

The M37 is complete except for a few minor items. The engine does spin freely but I need to get the correct batteries and clean out the gas tank. I got it for $750.00.

TX, Have you had a chance to check prices on an unrestored junker M-37? Prices are crazy high!

I haven't seen any prices on any M37's lately. I've got too much invested in these Mutts at the moment. It will probably be years before another M37 is looked for by us.
