My first attempt at photos of some of my stuff

Unread post by Bill, Idaho » December 16th, 2007, 9:59 pm

If this works, then here are a few pic's of my MUTT, with one of my 5 ton and another of my Goat. None are taken by a pro. If it didn't work, then I still had good intentions.

I wish to humbly apologize for having the very first pictures of anything I ever put on the internet, especially on a MUTT site, to be out of order and not having the MUTT pic's first, with the 5 ton and Goat last. I am sorry. I don't want to get off on the wrong foot here.

No need to apologize. I've seen lots of M151 pictures, but seldom get to see a gamma goat. 8)

Bill, fantastic pics. You do nice work, I was never big on the desert colors but you've made me think otherwise.

A triple tow...I love it. I've been looking for one of those gen trailers for years. Never find one in my price range...:)
There is one nut on a M151 that is very difficult to remove.....

A habit of mine. It keeps rain out, and kids can't toss candy wrappers down the exhaust, as I caught one trying to do once. More habit now than anything. I do it on the 5-ton as well.

No need to apoligise, I have wanted a goat for years. Just not practical in NJ. unless I can get one already titled. Do you ever get any hassle about the double trailers? I don't know of anywhere that is legal. I have seen boats on the back of camper trailers but I have heard it is not legal.

Much like EVERYTHING else in Idaho, it is perfectly legal. We see people pulling a boat trailer behind a pickup carrying a camper, then with another small trailer behind it. The only laws to be concerned with is overall length.

In Mo. you can pull 2 trailers, but the first one must be a fifth wheel trailer.

My CDL License tells me I can pull a triple, I have never seen a triple in this country. I have pulled many doubles, trailers and shifts.

I've seen triples on the interstates out in the plains states.... lotsa wide open spaces there. Don't want to ride too close to the last trailer though, they tend to hunt around somewhat...
