We got 4 inches of snow here today. Temp 26 with 25 mph winds. Sucks.
Fun show. Where was the USO girls ?

It was 31 degrees in the a.m. Only thing I found was the USO coffee. LOL.

Yep, that's were they leak. If it ain't leaking somewhere, it ain't running. lol Just like our Helicopters.

Is the USMC still using the CH-46, Ch-53? If I remember right,10 years ago they were, this 1 Marine told me they were as they had all the bugs worked out, so it was a pretty good flying machine

No, they retired them all and now use the Osprey. The CH-53 is alive and well. We still use A very updated UH1-Hueys and Upgraded Cobras. Both have dual jet engines.

The Army's CH-47 's are in Generation 6 or 7 now. They have a overhaul/upgrade base/unit here close to me. (2 miles away) They are still making new ones too.!!
They shake my house when flying over, but I like it. :D
