thanks looks like great fun but I cringe when I see all that salt water getting inside your jeep.
How does the land cruiser perform compared to the 151?

Was great fun, and not me Top, I've had my share of taking it in salty waters and once is enough.
The picture you see is of AWOL (a fellow member here at the G)

As for the FJ40, I feel an apples to apples comparison cannot be done with it. It goes beyond the league of a Mutt with its 4.2L, 135hp straight six the earth underneath it gets shaky.
I did pull it out though :D as its ATs got all smooth and lost complete traction on an incline.

I guess the right vehicle to compare with the FJ40 would be a CJ7 / Wrangler. I'm sure it'll give both a run for their money.

Hey Sam, I have a CJ-7 if you want a challenge. Might be a little out of your league though. Engine is a 454 Chevy with a 700R4 transmission and lockers front and back. Oh, forgot to mention, the engine is extensively modified.

Mind if I bring a GT 500 in the challenge :D :D as that CJ baby's gonna rip things apart.

I'll see what I can dig up. Any pictures I have are on paper and will have to be scanned. I don't know if my scanner even still works and right now I don't have the time to hook it all up.
