Kev, You have to upload your pictures to a photo site and then link to them from there. I use Photobucket. After the picture is on there site you just go to the picture, click on direct link and copy it. Then go to G838, open your post, click on the img button and then paste your picture between the brackets. I know some sites have a direct transfer from your computer but unfortunately we don't have that here.
