MVPA meeting and Display

Unread post by Mr. Recovery » August 8th, 2010, 10:46 pm

Hi, Saturday was the meeting of the First Florida Chapter MVPA, due to rain most of the planned activies were put on hold, Ed MacKenzie, his fiancee and I, each drove one of his vehicles on a 30 mile road march (each way) to the show. There was a good turnout in spite of the rain. Here for your enjoyment are some photos of some very nice MV's. :D

Great pictures and coverage Dan! :D The little convoy looked to be a good time and the speed looked reasonable too. Most of us accept replacement panels, and my A2 has more than almost any, but that' one jeep is 100% Encore. :(

55 mph following a M37?!Is the M-37 stock? That is really screaming for that vehicle.

Dan: What a cool meet and a good turn out. Now you're going to get Seabee all excited with that Navy CB Jeep. I liked that Signal Corp Chevy and the tiny 920. Enjoyed the pics.

What is the "151" about two thirds of the way through? It looks like an Encore because of the fenders and lights but I do not recognize the straight cut door frame. That would be a pain to get in and out of with size 12's!

I notice your 151 runs real cool at 55.

I would love to have the mule with the 106, I would make the code enforcement people real nervous.
