October NEO Cruise In

Unread post by Rainman » October 11th, 2011, 9:00 pm

Here in North East Ohio the weather this time of year can feel like summer or sting like winter, so car shows around these parts are hit or miss in October. Kevin Hess and I tried our best to represent the hobby this past Monday evening in beautiful downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Once again I had kids posing and mugging for the cameras of their parents and Kevin was keeping a close eye on his FAV, but didn't show off his feature 50 cal with the nicest propane conversion money can buy. Always a nice evening complete with the Mayor strolling around talking talking about his long lost 65 GTO he wished he'd never sold. Overall a pretty nice evening to be an American in anytown USA.

That wasn't Billy Gibbons behind you was it?
I can't even get mine out of the shed right now. The hurricane did in my garage roof so the jeep is stuffed into my lean-to, and I mean STUFFED! I put on a pound since it went in there and now I can't get in.

You don't know Billy Gibbons?! Man you are OLD! Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard. AKA ZZ Top. Billy is real big into retro rods and the old Ford is on a lot of their albums. That one is a coupe though. I am sure he has a rag top.\
