Yep lots of memories, thanks for the link Snoopy, I was in in 2/66 the" Iron Knights" proud to have served in the 2AD, we wore our Division patch on the left side of our BDU shirt over the heart, because Patton said 2AD would always be closest to his heart. I had the honor to serve with a fine group of men in that unit,
I moved over to Hood in 93, BRAC move from Ft. Polk when they reflagged 5th infantry to 2AD, then they became 4th ID, we were swithcing patches quicker than a Korean sewing shop for a while

That's funny. I had three different patches on several uniforms. I wasn't there for just a few months and had 25th ID, 2AD and 4thID patches all over, plus I had to move the Air Assault badge as well. I know all you airborne guys will point out the "Leg" badge
