New 197X M151A2
Picked this up a little while ago and waiting on it to get shipped to me. I can't remember the year but it's running and driving. No rust through, just surface rust as the previous owner stripped the outside of the body and never touched the inside. The only downside to the A2 is the ROPS system...

Yeah, calling all my dogs, well... Mutts, home and back to the kennel to see what I have and get them ready for sale. I bought several Mutts over the last two years and never moved them. Now I'm trying to get them all in one place now, which is a pain in the ass and $$$$ to move them all at one time. Luckly, this one is the last one I have to move. I'd like to keep one Mutt and will be able to do it if a few ordnance items sell in the next month or so. I do like the Mutts.
BTW, do you live on this site as you respond to post at all hours of the day.

What is the downside of the ROPS system... LOL ?
I have always liked them, (never had one though) but I guess from older previous posts, some folks don't like them at all.

Kind of, I am off today for more back injections, this will be numbers 19 to 24 and probably the last I will get. After that, who knows. I am not on here ALL the time. I check in when I get to work and at lunchtime and off and on during the day if things are slow or I am doing paperwork and then I am on in the evening. Toptiger told me once that I give away far too much advice for free and that I could be making money doing it as a paid tech support person. I told him that I could, and have in the past, but it is just not me. I like helping people. Call it redeeming myself for my younger years I guess. I have owned and operated two repair businesses and I found that if you want to make a lot of money you cannot be straight up honest. You can be an honest person but there are times that you have to sell things that are sometimes not needed. That was not me. I did alright but I was never going to become rich. I made more money working for others. I hope to retire within the next 6-9 months and then I will be on here even more.Austringer wrote:Yeah, calling all my dogs, well... Are you still wanting to sell one of your Mutts?

Jason, just looked at your A2. If the windshield is original to the vehicle, it looks like you have a hood number already (that's a Ford number). Does it have a BUDD plate on the firewall? That would be a useful item if the original dash dataplate is missing.Austringer wrote:Picked this up a little while ago and waiting on it to get shipped to me.
