416 trailer boat registration?

The August 2009 issue of the MILITARY VEHICLES MAGAZINE came out with a new picture showing that I may have to also register my trailer as a boat. It's on the top of page 33. Don't have a way of showing the picture but I'm sure someone on the board does. Picture shows by plugging the drain holes and attaching a small outboard motor to the 416 you have a small boat. I love imagination.
