I don't know about that first one. You should never pressurize air over brake fluid to more than 10 psi because it will aerate the fluid. They are saying 90 to 110 lbs. required. You would have foam for brake fluid! The second one works but I have always had problems with them pulling air around the bleeder so you never knew when it was actually bled out. You could put teflon tape on the bleeder screw threads but you really are not supposed too. I guess it will not hurt as long as it does not get under the seat.
