Is it complete with the proper drains? How much?

It appears that the drains are non functional? Don't get it wet!

those are the normal drains, the spring loaded drain plugs attach to the brackets underneath. looks right to me, assuming the dimensions are correct....

My bad, looking from the bottom it looked like the floor was not cut out, just the bracket welded on.
