Looking through this thread I notice that there is no contact info at all for you Lindsay. Anyone trying to get hold of you will naturally contact Ken since it was his address on the pictures even though he says not to. Don't put your phone number on here but I am going to put your forum contact info here. This way you have a much better chance of getting bites.

Do your pm's show in your outbox or sent messages? If still in the outbox then he has not read them. If they are no longer in the out box then he has read them and has not replied. I am not positive But I think he sold that one a while ago. Have you looked at the ones in Surveyors threads?

Especially when considering he is looking for an A2, not an A1, according to his post in M151 Wanted section.

Interesting considering he said he specifically wanted an A2. Oh well. That was what I was watching for for him.

"Hi, Excuse my ignorance, but are those Army Wheel Hub tie downs and not Marine wheels ? Just asking. Seabee"

Back when I was serving, we (USMC) has those wheel hub tie downs on our Jeeps. :?:

On the A2's probably during your time in they would have had the tie downs as shown. Earlier Army models did, the majority of USMC would not since they relied on the tie down brackets at the back of the vehicle and on the ends of the long USMC front bumper. That does not mean they did not have them from time to time. It depending on what was coming off of the assembly line... had a few extra that was supposed to go Army with hubs may have been converted over to USMC use coming off of the line. Going by memory here from posts from experts such as Guru, etc.
