Hello again everyone! Let's see if anyone knows if this is normal ...
A few days ago I bought a rubber for the A2 glass, this afternoon I tried to put it on but I have a piece of rubber left over, my question is what should I do?
The short one because the usual is that the rubbers that are bought for these crystals are long
Or should I return this part because it is wrong?
Thank you all very much for lending a hand! without this forum I don't know how I would solve many doubts!

Re: Goma larga del cristal parabrisas
I would say that is the wrong gasket. If you had to cut it then it would have come with a cut already in it. That should fit very snug on the glass.

Re: Goma larga del cristal parabrisas
are you certain the glass is cut to the correct size? if the glass is right, then rick is correct. it's absolutely the wrong gasket.
Re: Goma larga del cristal parabrisas
I am completely sure, the glass is original, it came with the mutt, I have removed it for restoration ...
I'll have to ask the store for change. Thanks guys!

Re: Goma larga del cristal parabrisas
In case someone helps, in the end I had to cut the rubber, it was a standard rubber, I cut it, so that it was very just and then I glued it with glass silicone.
By the way very very hard to put the glass, it goes with a lot of pressure ... Greetings to all

Glad to see you got it finished. Keep am eye on the spot you cut because rubber shrinks, it is going to open up over the years. You will just need to be sure you keep it caulked to prevent water entry and rust.
