Looking for a M416 trailer
Hi everyone. I’m new here because one of my greatest mentors passed away a few months ago and left me his 1966 M151 A1. I’m honored to have his M151 A1 and will always treasure it. In fact, I was about 7 years old when he first gave me and my brother a ride in it. I’ve loved it since and that was almost 50 years ago.
I’ve had it thoroughly gone through by a knowledgeable local shop and everything was brought up to spec and it runs great.
I’m looking for a trailer to complement it if available. I’m located in the Chicago area.
Thank you for your attention
Raj

Hi Raj,
Welcome to the site. Might be the wrong place for you as most of the things we do here is troubleshoot problems
Can’t help on the trailer as I’m on the other side of the pond but there is a member here, Redlight, who regularly buys, restores and sells trailers.
And, BTW, we love to see pictures of your jeep. So we can bitch what’s wrong with it

Horst, you have such a way with words. Yes Raj, welcome. As Horst has mentioned Redlight finds, fixes up and resells trailers pretty regularly. And we would love to see pictures but we don't bitch about them, we might point out things wee see that are not right for that vehicle but hey, it is your vehicle so you keep it the way you want it.

Welcome to the site, Sixgun.
We always welcome pics. They're worth a thousand words.
But, Rick STILL hasn't given me the green light on posting pics so you'll get none from me.
Cheers,
TJ

Re: Looking for a M416 trailer
Greetings Raj,
I indeed have a M-416 that will be coming up for sale. I need to change the tail light lens and clean it up a bit. I will post pictures soon.
I am in Boston Mass but transportation can be arranged.
Look on Facebook market place as well as craigslist for the trailers locally.
Welcome to the site.
Thanks
Redlight

Nice, Is that a retaining cable to keep anyone from walking away with the axe?
