As a cop, I once handled a guy who was walking around in an Interstate rest area with a bit and brace tool screwed into his head. Does that count?

I probably only have about 10 pairs of vice grips but I have 25 or more welding clamps and a couple of them are 24" long. Used to be able to get vice grips and welding clamps cheap at the auctions, no more.
