What Horst is trying to tell you is that the vehicle you have appears to be an Encore, It was an aftermarket body and frame using M151 running gear and parts. These were never used by the military. He is right that the salesman should have given you paperwork with it. Over here that would be called fraud if you were told it something that is was not.
