I have seen those decals also, but they are always dated 1973, not 1972. I am looking for a 1972 to replace mine.

That looks super great....but I am not sure a Ford Contract Jeep needs an AM General sticker on the valve cover?

Is it just my eye's or are them some wicked long valve stems hanging out there.... I couldn't help but notice them sticking out so far...
Are those a different or newer type tube other than say the military ones ??
Maybe I just been sober too long, this is got to wear off eventually... LOL

Good eye on the valve stems. That would be a problem in mud or sand. Neither of which I think this 151 will see.

Thanks everyone, and i kind of wondered about the valve stems too, but rick is correct, this jeep will never see that kind of terrain if I have anything to say about it 8)

It has been a great learning experience for myself to discover more about these awesome vehicles and I absolutly have fallen in love with them! I may add to my collection, but I dont see this jeep going anywhere anytime soon.
