Got the vehicle now and some extra parts.
Still need a daysight and AN/TAS 4.
Any leads out there?
Thanks in advance,

I know where there might be some empty tow missile tubes.

I seriously doubt that either the AN/TAS-4, or the daytime optical sight were ever officially released through DRMO/DRMS for sale. I was a TOW platoon leader, and later had them as a company commander. By the time the ITAS was fielded we were well into the Clinton years and all such material was restricted from legal surplus sales.
