Superb! I used to own a M43 once. Great trucks! Go everywhere! Not so much different than a M151. Just bigger wheel nuts....

Yup, Same coil as the 151, That is the only downside. The upside is you can swap in damn near any motor and as long as the hood is shut and you have good mufflers nobody knows the difference. Unless of coarse you do the Cummins diesel swap.

Ham, Took a little convincing but when she saw what I paid and what they are going for plus what came with it she sort of swung to the yes side. What sort of parts do you have available?

You could probably buy it, They are looking to raise money. Just think, no problems in traffic jams. Seriously, I don't know, I fell into this after doing a carb rebuild for the executive director of the facility. It is the Military Museum of North Florida.
This truck was bought buy the original owner with the intention to restore it. He gathered all of the parts but then found one complete and running and just donated this to the museum for them to sell and make money, WITH all of the parts he gathered for the restoration. The only thing they have not accounted for yet is the bows for the top and they said they may still find them. They also just sold a M38. I did not see that one.

Rick
I don't have much M37 stuff, get with "rosims", he is a member here, if he has it, he will treat you right. I will put whatever I have to the side and you are welcome to it, here are a few things I found today, steering column boot, starter pedal spring assy and a fuel filter.

P.S. Do you need me to pick it up and store at my house?

It would get lost in the piles of 151's!!! Well, I will not have possession it it for a couple weeks so I will not know for sure what it does or does not need until then. I am pretty sure I need the top bows and the rear cargo bows.

Lookin good. What a jeep wants to be when it grows up.
Yeah....I know....blasphemy on a M151 site. That description causes a LOT of...uh...discussion...on many sites.
Rick, that is a good looking truck. Tires look good. Hope it gets to you soon.
The M37 has always been my "baby" love them better than about any other military truck.
I guess a little background.........I have owned my M37 since......wait for it.......drum roll......1969. That vehicle has caused me to be OD nuts ever since.......
See my tag line info at the left bottom of my post. Yep, this started it all. ODG.
Still crazy after all these years.
The OD bug bit me in 1970......and I have never been the same

Looking good, Rick! I cut my "MV teeth" on those old 3/4 & 1.5 ton Dodges. They hold a special place in my heart.

John Bizal at Midwest Military is a great guy to deal with for parts. Link below.

I'll have to go with what Matt say's. It is in Florida and I have never been there to see it. This is a sight unseen deal based on pictures only.
