Post by UDTDave » October 13th, 2017, 11:20 am

Firt time trying to post pics so here it goes.

Just picked up this A2 off of craigslist. It was listed under “ sporting goods”“bad ass Army jeep”.has full hard top and soft top. Runs good but non original gas tank. Came with a truck load of spare parts, mostly junk bust some good. What do you think about the LED lights?

Welcome Dave,
That looks like a nice vehicle, straight and very little rust, from what can be seen in the photos. :D

Thanks Steve, ya the pics kinda suck but you get the idea. I’m new to the MUTT-world but restored a 45 MB and owned a M37A1. Been a few years without an M something then saw this and “ now you know the rest of the story”.

Welcome Dave, that is a nice one, lot of helpful members here, so ask all the questions, as far as a pre emission tank, they are getting harder to find, if you can't find one, you can convert an emissions tank. Hambone

would love to have those LED lights. Specifically the rear ones are so much brighter than the old style, so that is a safety feature for sure

Welcome Dave, I fixed your pics so they show up on the post. All you have to do is click on the pic in Postimage and then hit share and then go to the second from the bottom on the far right and click that and it will say copied. Then paste it into the thread. It helps to have two windows open to do this.
