Can you identify the difference? I just picked a set of brackets but do not know if they are for a A1 or A2.

A1 hood hinge pieces have countersunk holes A2s donot.

you could knock out the pins, then lay windshield down to align up the slots, then lift up to detach

It has to be at a forward angle to lift out of the hinge, not a one man job.

You can use the A1 or A2 hinges but you have to have the matching half for that style, A1 with A1 and A2 with A2. There are part numbers on the hinges, I don't remember which is which but just look for matching numbers for top and bottom, or within one number. somewhere on here I have pictures of the different hinges, probably one of the restoration posts of my mutt.
