I do have two body mount A2 hinges. They need to be sand blasted as they are a take off set. I do not have the pieces for the windshield.
PM your contact info so I can send them to you.

Re: Need A2 windshield mounts
I have a set of lower hinges if that works for you.
Sorry to take so long to get back to you but had to suffer with 13" snow storm, new job, slip and total fall on black ice( 2nd day on job).
Let me know if you are interested only cost is shipping/mail from Boston Mass.
Least I can do for all the help from others on the board.

Not all pre A2 hinge bottoms have counter sunk holes. One thing is certain about M151s.... that is nothing is certain...!Fil Bonica wrote:A1 hood hinge pieces have countersunk holes A2s donot.

Vin , reread my post.
A1s have countersunk holes on cowl side.
A2 hinges donot. They use conventional hex head bolts.

Yes, Fil..... I read it. There ARE M151 and M151A1 hinges without countersinks. I have some. The biggest difference is the height of the hinge pin itself. For A2s, it is much higher than for 151s or A1s. The top hinge pieces matches, but only to a point. I think the 151 and the A1s actually bring the windshield down, a bit tighter to the body cowling. Which, of course, must mean that 151 and A1s used a slightly thinner cowling gasket.
I'm getting "edumacated" on this the hard way. My Titan body does not have the recessed lower hinge mounting area, like all A2s have. Mounting it up with A2 hinges puts the windshield too high. There is a quarter inch gap between the windshield and the cowl, with the gasket in place. I'm going to replace the hinges with A1 hinges and see if that works. Now I'm waiting on the parts to do that.
