A few more,
Got to work on an M8 Greyhound today. Made it run. Still gotta get it back to the shop so we can do brakes.

Thanks for posting the pictures. I really like the one with the USN markings. Guys have asked if the Navy ever had mutts and you post a picture of one example. So where is this museum located? Looks like there is a lot of OD piled up there. Oh yeah the reason you can't own a M60 is because you live in Cal.

Gotta love Ca! Pros and cons here. The Museum is in South El Monte, Ca. I'd give a web addy, but it is out dated. We are in need of volunteers. Anyone in the LA area and have skills and some spare time? There is alot of stuff there. It is where I first drove track, an awsome experience! Ahh what the heck, it is old, http://tankland.com/

Willwagner,
Thanks for posting all the photos. Looks like that museum is a must-visit stop for anyone when in the area. Next time you're at the museum, would you mind looking at that Navy M151A2 one more time and tell me if there any Navy-specific data plates mounted on the dash. If there is one, is it possible to get a close-up pic of the data plate. Any info you can get will be deeply appreciated. And thanks again for posting the pics......

Well if you could find a rail car headed from Jersey to Ca. and then a corner to sleep in I woud be glad to spend a weeks vacation out there. Seriously, I would love to help out but logistics are against me.willwagner wrote:Gotta love Ca! Pros and cons here. The Museum is in South El Monte, Ca. I'd give a web addy, but it is out dated.
