I found the following pictures of data plates for CEMSCO trailer on line from past auction posts. I consider the data plate factory because it has inspector stamp. Data plate mounted with blind rivets. The data plate was much different from what we find today on eBay. Today’s plates are very generic. Fit all type. I use a local sign company to cut my vehicle decals. I showed a new generic data plate to an employee. She told me it looked like a screen print. They do laser cut on stainless steel. Have not inquired yet about a laser cut data plate and cost. $$
Am looking forward to all comments about these plates. I realize Ken (mutt guru) most likely has this information. Looking forward to his input. I found them interesting enough to share with everyone.
I found three different trailers. Am going to list each separate. I have difficulty with the picture posting.

Re: CEMSCO-1448
Ken,
Those are nice pictures of the data plate for those two. Yes, is a shame the vehicle ID numbers are non-existent. I recently read an article in a MVP magazine, the vehicle ID number for his Dodge, was the date he proposed to wife. REALLY?
Oh well.....look at all the time he didn’t waste on research. I don’t consider research a waste. I can only watch re-runs of
re-runs. Especially with this “hunker in place”. Research is reading material right?
