I called Brooks Engine Service in Fl and the number is disconnected...Is anyone else out there rebuilding carbs and eliminating the flat spot?

I have in fact been doing the carbs for many years. When I had my shop in the 80's and early 90's I specialized in carburetors and electrical.

What year is your 151? I seem to remember you saying it was a very early one? I don't know how original you want to go but I do have some original very nice Holley carbs for the early 151.
