Here is how passenger side ROPS Bar lines up for the pin holesThey don't as you can see.The driver's side bar is in place. The middle foot has to be moved back, so the bar fits.It don't make any sense, a long time ago the rops was installed.
The floor ain't going to move down when pulling back on the middle ROPS vertical bar.Cut the bar shorter ain't the answer either.
I swear there is a gremlin around, sometimes.But there ain't !!

Judging from the angles it looks like the front hoop has to tilt forward a bit. Are all of the bolts loose in all of the feet and brackets? Everything needs to be just loosely bolted, very loosely, and then you should be able to get things lined up. Is this the same cage you took out with hydraulic jacks and sledgehammers? If so it could be tweaked.

Yes. the bolts are loose, yes, the same cage.I think I read somewhere that when the ROPS is installed, everything is tightened up, the cage gets twisted/ridged/solid together etc, to add to the strength of the unit?Maybe I'll jack up the bodyside under the seat??
I could always hook a sling to the front bar connected to a pick up, slowly move ahead?? Aw, thinking out loud again
Thanks for the feedback

I have a manual for the installation of the roll bars. It is packed away for the MVMVC Weare rally. I can hold it for you for $10 plus shipping.

There is a TM on this site for ROPS installation. Thanks for the offer.I can't get in the horizontal bar on the passenger side in the front rops and the middle rops.I can't insert the bar into both rops.
