Hood Hinge Repair

Unread post by m75 » April 10th, 2023, 8:24 pm

My A2 hood has been a rattling sub of a gun, and I have checked the two hinges, finding they are truly sloppy. Even a gate hinge would be embarrassed to be related to these two.

Can these butt hinges be re-habilitated, or is there a source for these? They are apparently NSN-standard:

I just pulled some out of storage that I will be selling but I know you are a stickler for perfection so I suggest you check out these new ones from Rapco.
