Brake line - fuel line protective cover
Does anyone have a source for the fabric covering used on sections of the brake lines and fuel lines?

Re: Brake line - fuel line protective cover
A lot of the fabric loom on my brake lines had rotted away. When I redid the brake lines 2 years ago, the areas where the loom was were rusted out worse than the areas where it was gone. I guess it held water/dirt/salt up against the steel lines. I omitted it when I redid the lines.

I also decided not to cover the lines on my A-2 with the fabric loom because its a moisture trap.

Restoration Specialties has the same thing by the foot. Did my A2 some time ago and am doing some electrical lines right now with the same stuff.
