45 Degree Fuel Inlet for Zenith Carb.

Unread post by fowlercal » November 24th, 2009, 3:10 am

Does anyone know where to get a 45 degree fuel inlet elbow and locknut for the Zenith carb on the M151A2? I haven't seen them anywhere, and the 34-P only lists the 90 degree fitting.

I think that is actually a 30 degree fitting but I know the one you are talking about. I will dig through my stuff this week end but I don't think I have any spares.

Like Rick I will look if I have (2) extras you can have 1 of them, I like to have at least 1 extra of everything as in some things

as you know are hard to find and whatever you do don't replace with a steel one could crack the carb, that I learned on this site.

have you checked auto part supply houses. ?

You will not find that fitting in a parts house. It has a straight thread for the carburetor with a lock nut, that is the odd part of it.

Follow-up to Fuel Inlet Elbow. I found the 30 degree fuel inlet elbow for the carb at TNJ Murray if anybody else is looking for them. They have them for $15.00 NOS including the locknut.
