Bill looks like you have a nice area to work in, bet it gets a bit toasty in high summer...

Toasty in the summer,just right all winter long

. Only a little rain,about 5x a year. Makes it easy to panit outside.

I miss AZ. My dad and wife numer 4 live in Mesa. We were ther ein November when there was snow in dayton and all we packed were flip-flops and t-shirts!
