I might add with the crescent wrench it is easy to round off the bolt head corners as there is slop in the jaws sometimes, (well it depends on the bolt, quality of wrench, I am rambling on too much.

I see that you got one of a lineman's wrenches lying there, sometimes used as a hammer, pry bar, tied to a peeline to throw over existing lines,a multi-use tool, and yes, even to tighten nuts/bolts LOL!! I can remember a PRC-47 which was a big heavy radio(40lbs?)higher frequency than vhf?Same/same except it is in a vehicle VRC

canvas half doors

Ok, I seen some canvas half doors on some mutts.I suppose a canvas top place could make them but I imagine they would need a jeep there for the measurements?But maybe not, just cut a canvas door in half.I suppose I'll contact the canvas business place in northern Minnesota.
Has anybody seen/have them?

I put a 12 volt am/fm radio inside a rt-524 shell, tapped the hot wire from the one battery to power the radio.(ya, I put a fuse in the line too)

M1 Garand? Now the difference between the garand and the m14 is the fully automatic option on the m14?Maybe the garand weighed more?

Yes I was, I had a xl350, bought it new in 1974.Wish I would have kept it, had a chain drive(which would stretch so had to adjust alot)
