May be right transmission but wrong bell housing. Also I hope the timing is not set or that distributor is too far over indicating an issue with the oil pump. And isn't that a later style front lifting bracket? Wonder if it has a Holley carb as it should have. No price.

I merged the first and second posts so it did not get confusing.
Ans as I thought it does have a Zenith carb on it so his claim of it being a 62 is pretty far off other than the yoke keepers and e-brake handle.

Depending on what was done internally this might actually be a very reasonable price!

Horst, Not here in the U.S. For every Mutt out there (here) , there are 5 engines for it. Only because of the number of Mutts cut up.

Used engines, yes, you are fully correct! But if you want one fully rebuild there is a price. On both sides of the pond.
