I am glad it is good. I guess I am a little jumpy after someone posts for the first time after that long period of time. I wish the seller the best and hope someone can take on the project.

Pat, what you are asking for is a long shot since all of the vehicles rom 64 to 69 are exactly the same and since there are no serial numbers the only way to tell the actual date is the data plate (which can be, and were, switched quite often) and the BUDD tag on the body. With that body tag you can get hold of Ken the Muttguru and he can give you a pretty close date of construction on the vehicle. But the dataplate was actually issued by the military once the vehicle was fitted out and assigned o the units. It was not put on there at the factory.

When I say that all of the 151's were the same from 64-69 this is only for your 69 requirement. Basically with only minor differences the 151 from it's inception in 59 and first production in 60 to 60m were the same and then the A2 had suspension and minor body changes to accommodate different lights and floor drains and then they were all the same from 1970 to the end of production in the late 80's.
