2009 Gilbert PA Rally & Swap Meet

Unread post by moose53 » August 18th, 2009, 5:24 pm

The 2009 Gilbert PA MV Rally & Swap Meet is being held Sept. 18th & 19th 8AM-5PM at the West End Fairgrounds, Gilbert PA

Anyone from here attending? Bringing their mutts? I'm undecided about bringing mine, I probably will if others from here are also, probably won't if I'd be the only one. So...sound off guys, let me know what you're doing...

I am going to do my best to come up early Saturday but I will not have the Mutt. Too far to drive it for the short period of time anybody will be there and the trailer is just too much hassle for the same reason.

Ohio has another event on the same weekend that I was invited to attend, but I'm still planning on making it to Gilbert. Do we still have a group headed to the Gilbert show?

as it stands now, I plan on hitting there Saturday afternoon, and I'm not bringing the mutt. I think RickF is still coming Saturday, dunno about anyone else...

Anyone have a plan on how to meet each other? A few of us seem to get our faces plastered on the forum a lot for some reason but most others remain just usernames. I had a guy come up to me at Aberdeen and say " You don't know me but....."... That is almost as bad as when a girl walks up and says "don't you remember me?"
At that moment one of three things come to mind.

If she is knock down beautiful it is " S*** I don't remember but I'LL FAKE IT!!!!!!!!"

If she is not bad looking it is "Hmmmm, I don't remember but I wonder if she is still interested?"

If she is ugly it is "what the hell was I drinking that night!"

Rick, if I read your comment above correctly, you don't seem to be able to remember any woman!
Yet you recognized your wife in those trail photos last week

That my friend is the sign of a smart man not CRS! You see, I just bought this beautiful old cast iron frying pan in Virginia last week. I want it to remain a cooking utensil and not become a weapon!

Of coarse I don't remember any of those women!

Now ask Rainman how many of those women HE remembers.
