We WILL be there on Sat as it turns out. Hopefully we'll be able to get rid of some of those 'odds & ends' of military stuff that just never seems to sell at a yard sale in the process.

We had a great time with the Beer & Pizza rally (even though I don't think one person got any beer!), lots of lies where told though. We even got a British "Ferret" owner (Ian) to join us. He says I get to sit in the command seat on the convoy tomorrow. (yay me) It's great being a chick 'into' military toys! I now want me a Ferret!

So don't spend all your money boys! We still got pizza to get afterwards. ;)

Will sleep now, see ya at the show in the mornin' and will post pics all over this board on Sunday when I've recouped. (from spending so much cash!)

A good time was had by all. Not a bad turn out for a first time event so hopefully next year and the the following years will get bigger and better. The site is a good location with plenty of room to grow.

Looked like Rainman and TX both got to pick up some new pieces parts....Got to see the old girl...my former 151 not TX :) and I'm glad to see that TX and hubby are taking good care of her. Met a few other mutt owners and had a good time. My soon to be son-in-law has a bum leg and didn't want to wear his air cast so he pooped out on me around 15:00 so we headed back home. My appologies to everyone for not making the pizza run! Maybe next year!

Thanks for a good time all!

We had a great time, and now we know why they have these events on Fri & Sat only. So us not so young people can recoup on Sunday. I have not wanted to do anything that exerts any type of energy today. Hubby is in about the same shape.

Gas Tank = $0 dollars

Meeting and bs'ing with the Guys on the G838 board = $0 dollars

Skin graphs for 3rd degree sunburn = $1,000 per square inch

Getting to ride in a 1960 British "Ferret" = PRICELESS!

Well... ya never know. The ride was so smooth, I probably couldn't tell if it was a bolder or a car we went over. I told the hubby "forget the new family car, I want one of THESE!" Can you imagine me rolling down the street to the corner store to pick up some milk in this? I can! ;)

It was nice meeting everyone and seeing your M151's. Next show I'll bring one of my M151's and I plan on racing rainman down the strip. As most of you...I laid around all day Sunday as well after unloading the trailer of parts :D . Where's the best pizza around Hallsville?

As said before, the pizza was good, the company better. Next year lets see if we can double the amount of 151's we take down 61.
It was good meeting everyone and I'm looking forward to Hallsville. I'm just attending not selling.

I took about 70 pics (to include one of my foot LOL) but apparently I only took a limited amount of pics of the M151's. How shameful is that? I thought for sure I'd be smart enough to have taken more 'closer' shots of them too. But I'll try and do better the next show I attend. Promise! I'm uploading the pics now, and will post them soon.
