Where has everyone gone?
Absolutely no activity in either G sites
Have people gone in to hibernation ?
Are there no parts to be bought or sold?
Are all debates settled ?
Any pics of the latest barn find?

I just sold a 16' trailer full of F marked GPW stuff last week to a gentleman in Houston, came to the conclusion I would never use it, had to keep my 1/4 ton Converto trailer though, now collecting vintage Honda's and Kawasaki's. My military junkyard was getting full.

It wasn't a GPW, by the way...

It was a very early production MB

Yeah, there is still life here in N W Missouri, but I am in hibernation until the cold goes away!
The older I get, the more I hate snow and cold. The combination of cold, no heat in the shop and a dirt floor all combine to a keyboard warrior until spring.
OK, somebody wanted pictures of new toys. Mine are not M151 related, but still pretty good.

picked this up late summer, finally after 20 years looking, found a good one I could afford. Didn't have to pawn one of my kids to buy it and only 50-60 miles away. Literally stumbled over it helping another guy find some tires. Woo Hoo!

And then in early December found this. It was an online farm auction site and nobody knew what it was. I have been messing around with surplus and Jeep type stuff for 50 years and have never seen one of these in person. Seen some pictures through the years, but never a trailer in person. Again, about 60 miles away.

Waiting to thaw out in spring, until then a grumpy old bear in hibernation.
Still crazy after all these years.
